Shipping and returns
Most of our shipments are sent via UPS or USPS. Transit times vary with each service.
- Shipping notifications are always sent via email but are
sometimes filtered to the junk/spam folder.
- If your address is deemed “undeliverable” by the postal service and returned to sender, Wellness Hive will refund your order less the shipping fees. You will be contacted and can place another order if you choose to do so.
- Because Wellness Hive uses outside couriers to fulfill orders, we cannot guarantee any shipping speeds.
- Please contact our customer service team if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it within 30 days of delivery date.
- Return shipping for non-manufacturing defects are to be paid for by customer, however we do not charge a restocking fee.
- Returned products will be reviewed for condition, and if accepted as new and within the policy window a refund will be issued.
